Fees

Because each pet is as unique as you are, prices can vary. Our Holistic Mobile Pet Styling service is a convenience service, and as such, it requires a slightly higher fee than typical grooming shops.

Please remember that prices are estimated based on your pet’s size, coat condition, and personality. For an accurate quote, it is helpful to email a current digital picture of your pet.

We charge a minimum fee of $25* for pets that have fleas.

Gratuity

Payment is required at the end of service. We DO NOT accept credit cards; however, we accept cash, check, and Venmo. If you are pleased with your groomer’s service, tips are always appreciated but not expected.

Appointment Time

An appointment time is truly an “estimated time of arrival.” The arrival time will be within a 1-3 hour window. As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as refueling, traffic, and driving distance from the previous appointment. Kathy will always text you before her arrival. If you are home, it’s recommended that you take your pet potty and be ready for your pet’s spa time.

Cancellation, No Show, & Trip Fee Policy

On rare occasions, Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact the client in advance to reschedule.

If the client cannot keep their appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to call at least 48 hours before your appointment or to have your pet available at the scheduled time will result in a $75 charge, which must be paid within the same business day as the appointment. Failure to pay within the same day will result in no future appointments given. Clients with multiple pets who decide not to groom one of their pets at the last moment will be responsible for part or all of that pet’s grooming charge. There will also be a full-price groom trip fee for missed scheduled appointments, which must be paid within the same business day as the appointments. Ultimately, the client is responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments. However, Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming will send a courtesy message confirmation before the appointment to confirm and remind you. If you are a first-time client and are a no-show when the groomer arrives for your scheduled appointment, Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming will not schedule any future appointments.

Key on File Service

Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming offers a “key on file” service. The client provides a key, a garage code, or another form of access to the home, allowing us to come by at the scheduled grooming appointment time to care for your pet. Please also leave a form of payment, such as cash or a check.
