On rare occasions, Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness etc. Every effort will be made to contact Client in advance to reschedule.

If Client cannot keep their appointment, please contact us AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. Failure to call 48 hours before your appointment or failure to have your pet available at the scheduled time WILL result in a charge of $50, which must be paid within 7 business days. All scheduled multiple pet clients, who may decide not to groom one of their pets at the last moment, WILL be responsible for part of all of that pets grooming charge. There will be a $50 trip fee for missed scheduled appointments, which must be paid within 7 business days. Ultimately it is Clients responsibility to keep track of their scheduled appointments, however Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming will send a courtesy email confirmation link 4 days prior to confirm and remind you. If you are a first time Client and you are a no show when groomer arrives for your scheduled appointment, Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming will not schedule any future appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY / NO SHOW / TRIP FEE

If you are pleased with your groomer’s service, tips are always appreciated but not expected.

Kathy’s Klippery has become 100% web based since January 2015. Appointments must be booked by the client using the appointment form online. Suppose staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have via email.

Pet owners are not allowed in the mobile unit during the grooming process. Pets are easily distracted and excited by the presence of “their people” which makes the grooming process difficult for the groomer and dangerous for your pet.

GRATUITY

An appointment time is truly an “estimated time of arrival”. Arrival time will be in a 1-2 hour time span. As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as, but not limited to: Refueling, traffic, driving distance from previous appointment. If you are home, Kathy will send you a text prior to her arrival for you to take your pet potty & be ready for your pet’s spa time.

Fees

Because each your pet is as individual as you are, prices can vary. Our Holistic mobile pet styling service is a convenience service, therefore requiring a slightly higher fee than your average groom shops. All products used are organic & natural..

Please keep in mind that all prices are estimated per size, coat condition & personality of the pet. It is helpful to email a current digital picture for a quote.

We charge a minimum of $15.00 for all pets that have fleas.

Kathy’s Klippery Mobile Pet Grooming offers a ‘key on file service’. Client provides a key to keep on file, a garage code, or some other form of access to the home, so we can come by at your scheduled grooming appointment time to care for your pet. Please leave a form of payment, cash or check.
